"La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere.
Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma!
Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti?

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – Strand und Berge sind gleich in der Nähe, sodass man jeden Tag neue Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht, die wir sehr genossen haben. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist hervorragend, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich sofort wie zuhause zu fühlen. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an die Nachbarin Dina, die jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite...

"The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too."

"Perfekte Unterkunft! Eine bessere Küchenausstattung bekommt man in einer italienischen Ferienwohnung nicht (25 Jahe Erfahrung mit italienischen Ferienwohnungen). Auch deshalb waren wir bereits zum 3.ten mal da. Der Checkin ist völlig unproblematisch. Man kann auf Englisch per WhatsApp oder über den FeWo Chat kommunizieren und es wird sofort geantwortet. "The medici is a wonderful place to stay when in the area. I loved this little town and the residents there, so warm and friendly. If I return, I would love to stay here again, they place had everything you need. Its a rarity, but I actually watched a movie after a long day of sight seeing, which is something I never do. There are plenty to places to see, eat & explore. I want to move here!"
