"Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay"

"Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. "Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards."

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. "I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
