"Stayed in a single budget room which was clean and comfortable. The staff and owner make you feel very welcome. Good breakfast and well stocked bar - nice pint of Guiness. No complaints and great value. Pay and display car park a stones throw at £3 for 24 hours. No food in the evenings but would recommend the Dolphin chippy down the hill. Made a pleasant change from the corporate hotel chains."

"Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "Really pleased we booked this hotel. Room with 2 double beds was lovely for 2 11year old girls and 1 adult. Room was spotless and clean throughout the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, at check in, breakfasts and check out. Complimentary breakfast in the booking price was excellent, plenty of choice. Location was a good 10-15 minute walk to the South Pier, which we didn’t mind. "
