Built on a large private lot in Punta Sur, this home features lush gardens and landscaping, private pool, fire pit, kitchen, and small private guest house . The master bedroom overlooking the Caribbean. This home needs to be seen to be appreciated.

This property is so cool!! Coming from the cold Midwest we absolutely LOVED the outdoor living set-up. We have so many great memories sitting on the deck, having coffee, and replaying our fun days on the island. My husband was obsessed with the outdoor shower-it was like being in the jungle. Also, our host Elias was so sweet and accommodating and made our stay even more special. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Plenty of room. Nice and quiet. Pool was terrific. Some minor issues with toilet tank not filling correctly (float would stick) in the casita with outside bath. Internet was very fast. Kitchen well equipped for our group but only meals we prepared was breakfast.

An extended weekend at Isla

Wow! What a fantastic property! Casa árbol (Tree House) was a treat to stay at. Located in the southern part of Isla Mujeres, the house's neighborhood is very calm, quiet, and tucked into the more residential side.The house has a nice and spacious pool for house guests and features an outdoor leisure area complete with a fire pit, hammock, and plenty of lounge areas to rest and relax. In addition, our property manager helped facilitate a private chef to come on site and cook a local meal for us. The food was great and fresh!Lastly, the house is right next to our newly favorite taco spot - Rancho Capricho! Such a fun vibe there, and a walkable distance from the house!

Tree House Stay

The treehouse is in a quiet location. I took my grown kids and their families to Isla Mujeres for a Christmas gift. It was difficult deciding on who got what rooms because none are very private. The kitchen is covered in ants. The refrigerator never worked. It cost me hundreds of dollars more because we couldn’t make breakfast and dinners. The property manager said he would have it fixed in 2 days. After 3 days he came to do yard work and told my husband the fridge was fine. The fridge temp was 22 c which is 77 F. We used the fridge for a cupboard to keep the ants out of the crackers and cookies. No one ever got a warm shower unless you were the 1st one to shower. The house was filthy. I don’t think the rugs have ever been vacuum or cleaned. I have pictures I will post if I can . Kitchen drawers were so gross!

Excellent setting for a family gathering.

Elias met us at the ferry with two golf carts & that set the stage for four amazing days of beach, snorkeling, beautiful walks & great food. The house was perfect, the pool, the garden setting and wonderful inside & outside spaces. We will all have lifetime excellent memories of our stay, especially our 4 grandkids.

Big roomy home

We liked this place. A few things are pics are old. If you have been to isla before you will know that it’s on the far south part of island. It was nice a quite. The plumbing gave us a little trouble. The property manager was able to have it fixed later in the day. There are a lot more steps in this home then we realized. It was ok for us but we had older family with but there was plenty of rooms that worked for them. Over all was a great place. If you have a family it’s perfect the kids loved it !!

The perfect vacation

I can't say enough about both the Treehouse and Elias. Some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointing when one arrives. The Treehouse is the opposite: while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect, and was only made better by the care and help that Elias offered. Because of him, this was the most seamless and least stressful vacation we've ever had. Thank you so much for letting use your home and for being so caring and helpful.

Magical!

This place was a DREAM!!! We had the best time here on my bachelorette. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection. We had no issues with hot water and the AC worked well the throughout the entire duration of our stay. Highly recommend and hope to come back one day!

Treehouse is GORGEOUS

We absolutely loved this space! The pool was so refreshing, and the lounging spaces and garden were perfect for evening chats. Open kitchen with a gas stove had all the essentials covered. This rental works well if you need 4 separate bedroom areas. The master suite is a dream and everything was clean and beautiful. Treehouse is easily accessible within a 10-15 minute golf cart ride from downtown and Playa Norte. Eliaz was the concierge helper that contacted us prior to arrival and arranged for 2 golf carts to be ready for us at the pier. He then escorted us to the property and showed us around. So helpful, kind, and much appreciated!

The treehouse was incredible!

We cooked our catch of the day in the outdoor kitchen and ate at the dining table, it was dreamy. The teens loved the quaint guesthouse and outdoor bathroom. We regularly used the yoga space at sunrise listening to the birds in the trees. The master bedroom was a beautiful retreat. We enjoyed adult beverages by the fire and the pool with shade was a perfect refuge from the mid day sun. The outdoor ambience in the evening was pure magic. Eliaz was attentive and helpful throughout the week.

The Tree House

Elias was great. The listing said oceanfront and that really isn't true. You can see it from the upstairs roof. only. There are really only 2 private bedrooms. There are 2 beds in the living room and 2 rooms with beds that don't have a wall that goes to the ceiling between them and barn type doors that do not completely close the rooms. No privacy. Thank goodness that two of our party couldn't come as sleeping for all would have been difficult.There was a problem with the hot water heater but Elias took care of that.

Isla is always awesome! Eliaz the property manager gets a 10! Beds are comfortable enough and the AC works perfect! There was almost no hot water for showers however. That was a big deal.

Nice Place on a Beautiful Island

Had a great stay at the Tree House. Elias was always helpful and did a great job of taking care of the house and us. Just for clarification the one bedroom is in the main living area. Great for kids but wouldn’t want a family staying in the area. Pool was great, kitchen works good. Had a slight confusion with the owner upon check out but I believe that was sorted out without problem. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the island.

Wonderful Place

The Treehouse was a wonderful place to stay. Our whole group loved the place. The pool was great for kids. A little cold for the adults. We had an issue with the water but Elias was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Great times

The house was fantastic, quirky but nice for a group. Communication from Elias was great and immediate. He was super helpful. The water did not always run hot or it was scalding then cold. Would not use the hosts recommendations for the whale excursion, not the best for the cost.
