"The property is located in a nice area however that’s really the only thing. It looks nice from the exterior and the common areas. However my room had used floss stuck to a baseboard from a prior occupant. My AC did not work the entire stay. My room never dropped below 75 degrees. Housekeeping did not come once during my three day stay. When i arrived i was told there’s a 20 dollar a day mandatory fee. That was never disclosed in my booking. Also the layout is odd. You have to walk a ways down...

"Cute motel in an excellent location. The rooms are quite small, but that's to be expected with a mid-century modern building. The beds were not comfortable at all- very springy without much cushion. The outside noise was decently muffled for such a busy location, while the noise from other units was easily heard. It was wonderful to have fairly priced parking with in out privileges as parking in the area was otherwise nightmarish. Be aware that breakfast is available for an additional $10 per...
