"We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was a converted office building and it faced the Main Street. We were told the traffic dies down at night but it never really did. Needless to say the traffic noise was too much and had a horrible night sleep. I would not stay here again. "

"The garden smelled so good and we loved the plants and the receptionist was kind and helpful.
The downside is the bedding was a sheet and thin blanket and another sheet. There was no comforter. We were freezing!!! The heater works well but sucks oxygen out of the air would have been nice to have a normal blanket. Never had this situation at a hotel before. The other thing was the breakfast offered was mostly cerial, bread, fruit, there was bacon but it wasn’t like anything I seen before paper...

"This is a really wonderful property. Really close to the parks. Apple maps will tell you its a 40minute walk, but it doesn't know you can walk under the bridge, so its actually closer to 20ish minutes.
Gorgeous pool and really nice staff. The cafe in the lobby was great with good food. Our Bonvoy status gave us 2 free coffees a day which was a really nice way to start the day. We also had a $25 food credit for each day which got us some nice sandwiches.

"Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature."

"The room is quite noisy. Lots of noise from the hallway. Voices and slamming doors up until midnight. There was a large group of students on site, multiple school buses. Had the doors to the room been better designed, perhaps the noise would not have been so loud. Beds aren’t great, but they are okay. Clean properly, and the staff was friendly."
