"I'm confused, this hotel is a boutique??? The hotel is more like a 1 star. Old and no upgrades, smelled terrible like smoke (I had a non smoking room),TV is the size of a postage stamp (maybe a 32 inch TV??) and the hotel is dated and funky, like its from the 80's, but not in the a good way. I had a 2 night stay and the moment I got there knew I wouldn't be back. It had a vibe of a old Motel 6 on skid row. "

"This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was beach close, peek a boo of the ocean, complimentary breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had great communication. "I will say as I walked in, the lobby smelled so good! I am not sure what they are using, but do not change this; it was amazing. The front desk staff was fantastic, but the valet service seemed a bit disorganized. The touchpad for the elevator was mildly frustrating, as it would not respond to the first touch, and frankly, it made no sense. It gave a false sense of security; it should have read my keycard and then taken me only to my floor. The room was clean and quiet, I had a beautiful view...

"We experienced faulty equipment and amenities such as a burned out balcony light, a broken shower drain stop, but the item that crashed out Easter Holiday weekend was the broken fridge. Food poisoning followed the next day . We checked out on Sunday and informed the hotel after checkout. We requested maintenance to check all fridges and are awaiting a call back to remedy the experience. We have stayed in this hotel for about 10-12 times since 2020. Nice staff, quiet spot."
