"Property is dated. TV’s and room finishes are 10+ years old. Bed was old, hard, spring mattress."

Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. "Love the restaurant!!! The guacamole was amazing! The ribs were the best!!!!! The hotel bed was great! The shower was narrow and I bumped my elbow and I’m not a big person."

"The loud music and kids running until 11:00pm. We are baseball family and am understanding to an extent but this was as bad as I’ve experienced. Phone didn’t work. Had to plug it in. Still didn’t work. Had to have front desk person fix it. TV didn’t work. Asked to fix it but no one came. "I enjoyed my stay but on Sunday, June 12 I called back because I had some extra charges and the lady at the front desk that was working at 4:31 PM until July 12 was very rude to me and she hung up on me and I called back and she would not answer or give me a manager‘s name. So I’m very unhappy with the staff that worked there but my day was wonderful."
