"We were in for a football game and the place was perfect. Very clean and comfy and lots to do in the Iowa River Landing area. Check in and check out could not have been easier and Kyle kept in touch regularly over the weekend. I only took one star off on "family friendly" because I did not have any little ones with me. Excellent stay. I would absolutely stay again!"

"This host double booked the property on a very busy graduation weekend. When we entered, there was another family ( also paid in full, with reservation confirmation). Both of our families had to relocate to very expensive hotels. Strongly advise against this property and the host. He has failed to respond, nor has Vrbo."

"Worked perfectly for our weekend of volleyball at Coe. Seven minutes from campus !The space was amazing. Plenty of beds for a lot of parents to stay with us. Completely furnished kitchens helped us make our own food and serving breakfast to our daughters’ senior day. This VRBO made our weekend very memorable. It had everything we needed and the hosts are extremely communicative, kind and flexible! "

"The lake front home exceeded our expectations! The house is much larger than it looks. We enjoyed the week-end for an Iowa tailgate. The basement was an entertaining dream. We played pool, watched a movie, had happy hour and dinner. Some of the group went upstairs to the extended rectangle table to play games. We had plenty of beds and lots of space on the comfy couches. I think we had 4 people sleeping on the coaches because they were so comfy. The beds were also very comfortable. Soft linens...

"What a great find. As soon as my family and I walked in, we felt at home. The vibe was awesome.The neighborhood was quiet abd peaceful.
