"Check in was easy, staff super friendly. Rooms were spotless, bedding and beds sooo comfy. Bathroom was a separate tub and awesome walk in shower. THE BEST LOCATION!! Walking distance to everything + the underground. Only cons: Robes could use updating and only one side of the bed had outlets which was rather annoying for charging purposes. "

Good spot for someone on a business trip for an extended period of time. Great location, very conveniently close to major train stations, especially the Elizabeth Line connecting you to Heathrow. "En virkelig fin lejlighed bagest i bygningen. Stille og med flot udsigt til The Gherkin. Super rent og pænt. Komfortable sovepladser, fuldt udstyret køkken. Masser af små hilsener fra Bob W, fx tebreve, ørepropper, oplader osv. Nem adgang til lejligheden med kode, nemt at checke ind og ud og nemt at kommunikere med Bob W. Super placering ift. offentlig transport osv."

"The young ladies manning the front desk all week (Natalia, Daria) were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, from stashing luggage and letting us change clothes before our room was ready, to personally bringing extra towels and pillows to our room, to helping us figure out how to call locally on our cell phones. A lovely experience as always at HI!"
