"Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. They did offer to carry my bag up to my room upon check in, but they were not around to help at check out. "Great location and staff. Great restaurant, bar and lobby. Spacious well appointed room. Felt like home"

"Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable."

"The property was amazing, amenities were wonderful although our stay was short so we didn’t get to utilize all of them. Only issue we had was with some of the door hardware, but we didn’t notice it until right before we left and we brought it to their attention and they were having someone look at it right after we left. All in all, I’d definitely go back!"
