There is an underground car park. The online check in and check out were easy. My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. "Platzl Hotel was a good choice for our party of four on holiday. One of its greatest assets is its location. The property needs a refresh, and amenities like electrical outlets at bedside need to be installed. The multi-lingual staff were friendly without fawning. The little bar and cafe at the front of the building has a very limited menu. The associated high-end restaurant was excellent."

"The room was clean, large and the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great. Check in was clunky at best. It’s self-check in and you have to make your own keys. Which is fine but their equipment wasn’t setup/plugged in the lobby and the employee just watched us struggle and never offered to help which was odd.
