"Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!"

"The breakfast on the weekend would not start until 7.30 am which is later than weekdays of 6.30. I think it should have been at most 7 am. At 7.30 there was a line of 30-40 people maybe more to get in the breakfast room."

"This hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing! I didn’t like the parking because it’s very difficult to find and navigate to a space. There are also many stairs you have to carry all your luggage up and down. I would recommend this hotel but pack light!"

"Very trendy style but don’t quite the place for us. Bed was super comfy but room was very small (standard room, so not even the smaller room). One side of the bed was against the wall which we really hate, feels cramped and it’s inconvenient. No tea/coffee in room. Also no housekeeping, not clear in advance of booking and detracts from the ‘hotel’ experience. We arrived at 10.45 pm and nothing was available. Bar closed and no mini bar. "We were assigned an accessible room during our stay. While the bathroom was quite spacious, it was highly inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink was extremely narrow. Additionally, there were some issues with the lighting; the room was poorly lit, and the spherical lamp next to the bed kept flickering. On the positive side, the room offered a very open and lovely view, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast selection was also extensive and of good quality."
