"The property is fantastic. Location, amenities, and stocking all as advertised and communicated. Beach was as private as it gets and Bathtub Beach which was fantastic for the kids was a mile walk down the beach. We had 10 of us at As Good as it Gets. The porch area, plunge pool, and hot tub were a natural gathering place for the family. We had another 11 of us at another Beach House, two down the beach and ours was perfect for hosting cookouts and the beach party. "

"This is a great vacation home! Al was wonderful to work with. The home offered many water toys for the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, dishes and we were even provided beach towels and chairs! If they could update the mattresses this place would be perfect!"

"The place has outstanding views, is super child and pet friendly, comfortable beds and sofa. The property owner was readily available to answer any questions or resolve any minor issues (e.g. I had issues getting my laptop internet access but it was not a house issue rather my settings issue). The only recommendation is to take big spray as the mosquitos were active. "
