"PO arking was fine, this is the first hotel where we didn't have our room cleaned, trash dumped, clean towels at all. Our stay was for seven nights. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations...

"The woman named Dyra at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. "Was not picked up or dropped off at the airport by shuttle. Front desk did send LYFT car and scheduled LYFT for the next day to take us back to the airport. Front desk clerk did not seem very happy to be working on a Saturday. Had a problem with toilet in room not flushing completely. Was told maintenance was gone for the day at 6PM when reported to Front desk. My husband had to use a restroom in the lobby that night and the next morning. Snack machines very limited. Unable to get across 6...

"It was not a suite please do not be fooled by the word Hilton because it’s nothing more than a quality inn I was disappointed. Me and my family were very disappointed "
