"I didn’t like the front desk staff, very rude and disrespectful, telling me that I will be charged 550 dollars for smoking in the room, I don’t smoke?? And whanted to charge an extra $12.00 dollars for parking, which was no on the site when I booked the hotel and that I was going to be subject to a towing of my car, with a rude attitude towards me, because another customer when by and asked if he needed to pay for the parking and she told him no, you don’t have to, the room had a towel holder...

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."
