"We stayed for over three weeks and loved it. The rooms are clean and neat, the location great and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Not only do they all speak really good English they are so accommodating and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying here."

"Excellent property - rooms are spacious for Tokyo, with all amenities including a relatively large kitchen and dining tables. Roomy for a tall family of four who were expecting to be uncomfortable but were surprised! Wonderful helpful staff including being able to leave our bags before and after our check in."

"Family of four. We were only here two nights so didnt use the washing machine, but looked large and new.
Kitchen was ample.
Beds comfy (if you like firm) and plenty of space for a family. Oddly though only supplied three pillows and three towel sets. I asked for another pillow and request ignored.
The decor was great fun.
Shower was decent and all the toiletries you would need.
Some cutlery was dirty so we rewashed everything, although the rest looked clean. Overall i would say it was very...

"We loved the room and the location was excellent. When we got out of the station, the street was full of people and it felt loud and a little too busy, but as we turned down the little street to get to the room, it was quiet and calm. Being so close to the subway was awesome and the room is still quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and having the ability to do our laundry was a big help."
