"My room was excellent, and was set up like a Japanese apartment, and was bright and clean. It had an in-unit washer/dryer combo, a couch, separate seating and sleeping area, and a nice table. It also has a full kitchen that was well equipped, with utensils, cutting boards, pots, pans, a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge. It also has a balcony.

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.

"The host was very welcoming. The house had everything you could need and more. The restaurants around the neighbourhood served great food at very reasonable prices. So great to stay amongst the locals. Thank you for our stay and I highly recommend for travellers who want a more authentic stay in Tokyo. "

"Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion "

"Great stay!! Very well located, close to subway and great food nearby. Popular parts of Tokyo like Shinjuku and shibuya are accessible from here. Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. Very happy with the check in and check out process and I appreciated the access code for the room rather than a physical key. Nice interior and comfortable beds as well as a comfy large couch on top of that."

"- [ ] Located in a quiet part of Shinjuku, not close to the main station. This was a good thing.
- [ ] Looks like a Private Equity investment akin to a VRBO. But with too many rules, including taking out the garbage before leaving.
- [ ] Asked to take shoes off which was fine since house slippers were provided.
- [ ] Laundry machine was there but no detergent provided. Voort Did not answer my message requesting whether there was any laundry detergent around in the house.
