"The hotel property and service were excellent. The problem with this visit was that the mountains were not visible. We went in the recommended month, April, to see the mountains. All we saw was smog inversion from Kathmandu. There is nothing else to do around the property except view the mountains and use the resort facilities. The spa was excellent."

"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

"Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT stay. The staff were overwhelmingly hospitable and professional. The location is great in terms of accessibility and privacy. The street is always peaceful, which makes for a seamless sleep despite being in the thick of Thamel. When I return, there is no question I will stay again at Swarga Heritage Hotel!
