"Property was clean and room was modern. Staff were friendly and location was great. Be aware there is the Polynesian spa across from the property so there was definitely the sulphur smell around the area but a lot of Rotorua has that smell. Would definitely recommend the accommodation here"

"The only thing I thought could do with some attention is the breakfast service - specifically the coffee & milk. Coffee was really weak & the milk was 'off' but apart from that it was excellent. "

"I loved the view of the lake & mountains from my room. Such a magical sight to wake up to. My steak was cooked to perfection. Could taste the love in the food and the staff were very accommodating. The only improvement over all would be to update their guest laundry with new washing machines & dryers to facilitate the number of guests onsite."
