They knew we were from out of the country, so they got us into a room earlier than check-in, provided us with recommendations for activities and dining, and upgraded our room! The room was clean, spacious, and had wonderful views of Auckland Harbour."

"Fantastic stay with my family. Staff were a standout, reception team very friendly. My daughter is afraid of elevators and the kind lady helped me unlock the stairs outside (unfortunately it was raining and staff member did get wet) so that I could walk our girl up to our room. Great location, room very clean, tidy and warm which was a must as we had a 8 week old baby with us. Only feedback was our room was a little outdated which didnt affect us too much, but no PowerPoint next to one of the...

"Room was clean and nice. The valet parking say $54 a night but when you check out the hotel also charges $54 per night . The Tiki restaurant has great food and drinks. Hotel seem to attract very young visitors. Nice to be right across from the beach and at the end of the street away from crowds from Waikiki but still over crowded. The elevators are supposed to be convenient but make you wait. Good hotel"

"Issues trying to get room cleaned. They only replaced towels, very little cleaning done. TV constantly didn't work. Either did room heater"
