"I got locked inside the bathroom due to a faulty door that triggered a faulty lock. It was past midnight and they did not have reception. It was a HORRIBLE anxiety-provoking experience that ruined my trip and the ONLY response from the manager at check-out was a lame apology. I will NEVER stay here again and strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel!"

"Beautiful junior suite we felt we were staying in a castle bedroom. My daughter felt like a Princess. Beautiful gold headboard and beautiful walls. The view from the room was beautiful. It was Very clean We had all we needed. Close to everything all walking distance."

"The location of our stay was good and the suite was clean and staff very friendly. We would love to give it 5 stars because the owner, Andrea, made an effort to address our concerns by replacing the bed after the first night which greatly improved our comfort. We had requested to change rooms because there was an annoying noise coming from the laundry room next to ours. Unfortunately, we were unable to move rooms. The wifi and cell service were poor and the Air Conditioning wasn’t strong enough...

"Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!"
