"Fantastic place, charming, quiet, Terry a great host/owner; beautiful location 2.5 km walk to downtown Tairua but pitch dark at night, glad I had a reflector vest Basics in place for cooking, TV has Netflix, prime and good channels. Water across the street, complimentary kayaks and shovels for hot beach ( but I was late getting there) Great base to take off in day trips Definitely my go to should I ever return."

"We booked a 2 bedroom unit and couldn't be more happier with the choice of motel. Very clean & spacious, lovely accomodating hosts, takeaways and mini mart right across the road, super convenient location to Baypark Arena. Had a morning of Op Shopping which were all very close and Bayfair Mall just down the road. Will be rebooking for next year."

"Big shout out to amazing owners and the cleaners motel was so beautiful spotless it was so easy for us to do things where the shopping center is close by also since been staying there I was easy to go to the hospital to see a family member that not here with us Thankyou we will be coming back for another time "

"Very friendly, informative and helpful host. We stayed at 4 Buffalo Beach road (there is a sister property at 13, a short walk away). Right on the beach road (you only have to walk up the driveway to see the beach). We stayed in Unit 11: a lovely ground floor studio with combined lounge area and kitchenette (sofa and TV, coffee table, dining table and two chairs). Fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc Separate bedroom with good...

"Check in was quick and efficient - and we found we had been upgraded to an upstairs Queen suite. It was spacious, the bed very comfortable and facilities good. Tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and some glassware provided. Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate replenished each day. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. Hot water was plentiful. We chose The Com Plex due to its location just off the main street. Two supermarkets were within easy walking distance....
