"Having visited in the 4th week of April 2025, it was a vibrant spring floral experience at the Island Park Garden. The villa is on a hill and from the balcony it is over-looking the pine trees and the bay. We loved the peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. The Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious and the friendly and courteous staff-they were able to converse in simple English made our stay memorable. "

"The hotel is located conveniently to station and Tenjin area. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Fukuoka and planning to enjoy good food. We stayed at this hotel for almost a week. We tried the breakfast buffet. It was not included in our stay and there was no discount for hotel guests. The buffet style breakfast included variety of local food. The only negative aspect was that we lost our key and the hotel charged us with 2000 yen. "

"部屋は清潔にされていて、室内もおおむね静か。備え付けにハンドソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーも付いていて便利でした。それ以外のアメニティ（コーヒーや化粧水）はフロント付近の棚から必要分お取りくださいというシステムでとても助かりました。外にクラブのようなものがあるので、朝方は少し賑やかに感じますが(笑)気にしない方には向くと思います。"

"Lovely stay at the gate. Room is quite large for Japan standards. I love it that the shower and toilet are separate. Location is excellent, right above the Tenjin underground with lots of shops and food options. Lobby is on the 19th floor offering great views of the city. Breakfast is a semi buffet with 3 options to choose from. There is a lounge on the 18 floor for guest to relax with simple snacks and beverages. The only gripe I have is you have to change lifts to get to your room."
