"Excellent location, ideal for fishing groups with loads of room for boats and fishing equipment. Easy walk to local hotel and short drive to excellent boat ramp"

"Perfect location directly across the road from the beach. Spacious unit and fully equipped kitchen made it easy and comfortable for our family of 4. Surf club down the road was good close option, but would have to drive for other dining options. We had an issue with a broken dvd remote, but after notifying the agent, they organised a new dvd player within the hour. Happy with that. Would stay here again for sure."

"I would return to this property however the mould on the blinds was a bit off putting but we have had a big wet season in which the mould is out of control. Also the spa bath wasn’t working and needs a service but really just a minor issue otherwise we were comfortable and happy here. Our doggo was in heaven with the beach so close and a fully fenced small yard all pluses. "

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the “Gecko”. We were so happy to be able to bring our Cavoodle with us for our short stay & he was well catered for. Each of the cottages are fully fenced which makes it easy for pets to play outside. The cottage was very comfortable & fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was fabulous with the beach just across the road. Highly recommend Cassawong Cottages."

"Arriving at the property I was amazed at the attention to detail and little touches like the fridge having food and poolside towels. Inside was incredibly clean and tidy with very nice decor. The stay was incredibly enjoyable and is super accessible to the beachfront in less than 5 minutes doorstep to sand. Overall would reccomended to anybody staying in mission beach, even for a short stay"

"The house is architecturally stunning and we’ll appointed. While the house was clean and perfect for our large family, there is a considerable number of deferred maintenance issues with appliances, theatre room AV equipment and on the back porch area. Relative to other options in Cardwell, Mahi Mahi is one of the best homes in the area. The location is very good with easy access to marina and all the hiking trails and waterfalls. We enjoyed our stay."
