"The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Love the schoolhouse vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings."

"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

None of the common areas had air including the lobby and restaurant. Cleaning service didn’t come and we had to call three times to get the trash emptied and new towels."
