"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"Our stay in Cairns at Darrell’s apartment was excellent. Perfect location, great views, easy check in, outdoor eating area, fans and air con for comfort. Best of all was the supply of condiments and every day products to make the visit perfect for short stays. We would readily recommend this apartment for a visit to Cairns."

Admin office (1-2 mn walkable from the room), closes at 4:00 PM which was inconvenient as its right around your check in time and if there is an issue, you might end up waiting till next day."
