"We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff. "

It is self check in with texting on KTalk app.You confirm 24hours before and they are suppose to send you a txt with room and door code 2.30pm the day of your stay. Problem is they didn’t send anything! We sent a txt on KTalk but they didn’t reply until an hour and a half later at almost 5pm. Luckily we found the Radiant box room on the 5th floor you can ring the doorbell all you want, nobody is there! But it had alternate QR codes for...
