"Nobody was ever available at the front desk, and all communication had to take place over email. The unit was not very well cleaned. The couch was stained and honestly pretty gross. There was also no crib or Pack ’n Play available, and the property charges extra for additional bedding. The amount was small, but it still didn’t sit well with me after spending thousands of dollars to stay at the property. As someone who works in the industry, I feel like this property is a missed opportunity. The...
