"We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout....

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"Alles wunderbar; schöner Ausblick; kurzer Abstieg zu einer kleinen aber feinen Badebucht; Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht; Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber seinen Charme und ist gut gepflegt; in der vorsaison sehr ruhig gelegen; kommunikation mit vermieterin völlig unkompliziert; für ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen"

"La casa e' esattamente come nelle foto. E' fornita di tutti i confort necessari come WIFI, Tv, Lavatrice (un po vecchia ma funziona), scaldabagno, parcheggio macchina, frigorifero e tutto cio che serve in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di macchina dal centro dal paese. 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto silenziosa per notti tranquille. La proprietaria e' molto attenta cortese e gentile. Reperibile sempre. Ho trovato la casa pulita, fornita di lenzuola e asciugamani igenizzati, un...

"Das war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten für Sonne, für Schatten oder auch mit Überdachung bei Regen. Eigentlich ist das Haus für viel mehr als nur 2 Personen geeignet. Die Vermieter verbringen hier ihre Weihnachten mit der gesamten Familie. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Ferienhaus ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, nur wenige Schritte quasi vom Hausstrand entfernt. Ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt....

"Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come descritta e apprezzato la pulizia. Posto tranquillo, riservato e confortevole. Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C."
