"The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. "Amazing staff, location location location, beachfront property. Secured building and parking. Super close to the main strip, luxury stores, hotels and restaurants. You don’t need a car for this location because it’s close to everything.There is a cleaning fee and you have to pay for parking upfront but worth it if you drive. Very affordable for a beachfront condo."
