Charming Studio in Waikiki - 2 Full size Beds, Free Wi-Fi

You get a great view from the 22nd floor which allows you to observe all three of the main Waikiki sights at once: the ocean, Diamond Head and the Ala Wai Canal!
All year round you can enjoy the cooling breezes from the canal and the ocean.
Located next to the Ala Wai Canal you are just a few minutes walk from the Waikiki Hilton Village beach where all the sun bathers go.
On your way to the beach, walk through DeRussy Park and enjoy smelling and seeing many varieties of tropical flowers and plants along with listening to the calls and singing of various birds. You could also go through the gardens of the Hilton Hawaiian Village where you will enjoy viewing wonderful landscaped grounds filled with incredible plants, tropical flowers, and amazing birds. It is pleasant to watch the colorful fish and turtles in multiple ponds. There are even flamingos!
The condo is in the Waikiki area, but away from the noise of downtown. It gets full sun in the morning and is shaded by noon allowing for a nice nap or just to enjoy the view without the heat of the sun beaming in. This place definitely feels like “home away from home”.
Studio can accommodate maximum - two adults and one child.
Living Area:
Room with a wood floor has free Wi-Fi , Cable TV, 32 inch LED TV, Air Conditioner, Ceiling fan, Standing closet, Dresser, Night stand, a table and two chairs perfect for morning coffee.
Two comfortable full size beds include comforters, pillows, blankets, bed sheets and linens.
Kitchen Area:
You will find everything you need to make a home meal:
The Kitchenette comes with a Sink, Refrigerator, Kitchen Cart (stocked with various eating utensils and dinnerware), 2-burner cooking range; Microwave, a Rice cooker, a Toaster, a Coffee maker, and even a Blender.
Bathroom:
It is equipped with a Full bath (a shower and a tub), sink with a mirror, a toilet, and towels.
Studio can accommodate maximum - three adults.
The building is fully secured and features a Large Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi on the 6th floor. Your room key provides access to the recreation deck. The area includes: a large pool deck with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. There are two Gas BBQ Grills on the pool deck. Pool hours are 8:00am-9pm.
The Fitness open 24 hours for our guest or only one time initiation fee of $5.00.

This condo was great for myself and my teenage son as there were two comfortable beds. The kitchen was basic but served our needs. I liked the large sized fridge for groceries. The security was awesome and the security guard helped find a wire to get the tv working. The pool area was great. The location was good too close to the Hilton and fireworks. It was mostly quiet at night and I slept well. Highly recommend for the great price!

Very good location (near most bus lines, shops and restaurants); nice view of canal and ocean and near Waikiki; clean room with ceiling fan, full size refrigerator/freezer, tv; other amenities include dishes, small appliances and snorkeling equipment. There is a pool in bldg. but it was closed due to renovation. Host and prop. mgr. are very helpful.

Property was accessible and clean as advertised. The only problem we had was that the TV didn't work. We had the maintenance man look at it and he said that the Roku remote was bad and that wouldn't let it work properly.

So clean and well appointed!

We loved staying here! It was just so amazingly clean and thrte was everything we needed! The only thing we didn't find was a blender - but maybe it was hidden! Location was perfect and the host was so gracious!

The essentials!

A basic place with good amenities and location. The pool is clean, the sauna is warm, and the view of the canal allows a fantastic sunrise every morning! The refrigerator is located at the opposite end of the room from the kitchenette, and the very narrow space between the beds and the dressers means 2 adults were constantly in each other's way.

Very small bathroom and cooking area inconvenient. Air conditioner very noise. With cooking area two double beds and table and chairs very little area to store luggage not appropriate for more than 2 people. No shade in pool area. View from 22nd floor was nice. Not much for the buck.

Great stay in Waikīkī!

My friend and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location as it was centrally situated to wherever we wanted to go. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. Our host Mila always replied very quickly to any questions that we may have had. There is a lovely coffee shop with daily baked items in the lobby that we went to every morning to start our daily adventures. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a “home away from home”!

Had a wonderful time at this awesome room provided by Mark and Mila! The amenities are awesome! The full size fridge was great and my son kept raving about how comfortable the beds were! The a/c made the stay very enjoyable and Mark and Mila were very communicative and made checking in and finding things easy! Stayed here with my son for his first trip to Oahu and we both loved our stay! Hope to stay again as Mark and Mila are awesome. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Great spot great views

Check in went smoothly minus parking. To park in the building it’s a 45$ cash only charge fyi. But other than that this place was great. We only stayed a night but it would be perfect for a couple more. Right near tons of food locations and the beach as well as a great view.

A Great Hawaiian Experience!

My teen son and I went to visit his older brother in Waikiki. It was our first time to Hawaii and we were not disappointed! What a wonderful experience! The room was tidy and comfortable, and the host was prompt in responding to our needs. We would definitely go again and stay there. The location was ideal and views were fantastic!

The property was within walking distance to Waikiki, a grocery store and restaurants. There is a gym and a pool and hot tubs in the buidling. The building is an older one but secure, and we always felt safe. The room faces east so we got the morning sun but it is a very small room with a tiny bathroom and compact kitchen area. The host is always accessible and responds promptly to innquiries.

Three of us, two adults and 11 year old stayed for 10 days. Great location, easy walk to Ala Moana shopping Mall and waikiki Beach. 7-11 next door, food trucks across the street. Great pool and adequate gym for a short stay. Close to Bus stop to Pearl Harbour, Car rental on ground floor with a good variety of cars, cost $147 per day for a Chrysler 300. Room had a microwave, big fridge freezer, hotplate and small oven, plenty of utensils. The room is a bit outdated but not bad. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. Communications with the owner were quick and easy.

The property was nice because the area was close to almost e erything. Like grocery store and food shop etc. What i don't like was we didn't have a good experienced when we're checking In. We are very tired etc. Then it seems that theie lying to us that they said tbey emailed the code 3days prior etc. They only emailed us the address and some instructions about the house rules 3days before the date we arrived and tbey will s3nd the code 24hours before we check in but they didn't email it to me. I haven't recieve any email until that night that we waited 3hours when we arrived. If i did not complained from online on expedia app we're still outside. Another thing was the bed. The bed was sinking and we're not be able to sleep well.
