"The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a...

"The apartment was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the owners have thought of every last detail to make the stay absolutely perfect. We had one double room and the bathroom and our Mum had the other double bedroom with ensuite. She has mobility issues and can get into a shower cubical but not a bath with overhead shower so it made it great for her.
