"We really enjoyed our room and the staff. It was unfortunate the pool was filthy during our stay."

"Nice and close to Fisherman's wharf. We arrived early, could not check in until 3:00 but they were able to hold our luggage. We parked right next door in an underground lot and it was $15 per day. Didn't make sense to pay $75 for the valet parking. There was only 1 valet and he was busy so It would have taken a while for him to get our car. However the wharf is only a couple blocks away so super convenient. "

"The location of this hotel made it worth the stay. it's a few blocks from the Marina District with lots of dining and shopping. It's a little over a mile from Pier 39 and the Uber ride was quick to get there. There are 3-4 coffee shops easily walkable for breakfast. It is an older hotel with low water pressure and nothing fancy, but it is clean and serves its purpose nicely. "

"This place was better than expected. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the fact that parking is free and it is within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go was a great value. The only things that weren't great were the bed frames, the heating/cooling unit, and the TV. Luckily we were on the top floor, but the bed frames are made of a thin metal sheeting that when lightly kicked (which is often) or when sitting on the bed it made a loud clanging noise. "We picked this hotel for its location between North Beach and China Town which was perfect for us. Room was fine but so in need of an update/refresh/refurb - anything! But overall good value for such a great location with free parking. "

"The hotel is located in a safe area and staff were available to me at the front desk at all times. This was a very comfortable stay! However, there is an additional destination fee of $38 USD a night to pay for items like the fitness center, bikes, coffee and bottled water. That being said, availability of bike sizes/ebikes was limited and bottled water was unavailable one morning that I had asked. "
