"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us arrange all our trips around the island. The restaurant is also amazing, with great food and atmosphere. The only downside is the lots of stairs, and carrying bags up and down was a little hard, but the staff is pleased to help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it!"

"Fantastic stay at the Zasgo Hotel. Enjoyed 2 nights in a comfortable clean room with a delicious breakfast and wonderful pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer and the driver was waiting upon our arrival. Check in and check-out was smooth and all staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit."
