"The room was not exactly clean, the towels had some stains on them which we didn't have the stomach to use, the bed sheets also had some stains, but we thought it was fine until the towels, as it did seem washed, but still stained. The room does NOT have a window, the place smelled AWFUL! We ended up buying an air freshener for the place, it didn't help much. There was one small window that we couldn't reach, but we felt it was outrageous that it was never mentioned there wouldn't be normal...

"I liked the pool and that would be it. Hotel was not that great. AC in one room didn’t work and other one would turn off at night. Very loud street and bright light on the balcony that you can’t turn off. Breakfast was everyday the same and not the best quality. Grey hard boiled eggs and weird tasting scrambled eggs. Only pastries were good. Baby crib was horrible like there was not mattress in it. Would not stay there again"

"Stayed in mid October for a week. Purchased the signature suite. Pros: spa massages and facials were excellent, staff was always friendly and did their best to help, breakfast was good although always the same, rooftop pool was excellent. You can walk to the marina and shops easily.
Cons: Always Book Ahead, They use an app for this when you get there and the staff seems new to it right now. The beds are stiff as a brick. Some prefer this? The views in pictures are a bit misleading but that’s...

"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...
