"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained. The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."

"I've never stayed at this hotel before, but I'm glad I did! My room was comfortable and clean. I like how the TV allows you to see what the statuses are of the laundry/drying machines (and yes, this hotel does have them! Multiple, as a matter of fact!) And finally, the staff was very helpful. They spoke English, and on my trip, I requested that they book a taxi for me twice early in the mornings, which they did. Thank you so much! I definitely wouldn't mind coming back here in the future. "Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. if it rains, you can ask the front desk for an umbrella to borrow! I loved that they provided this! They also provide a few amenities like toothpaste, shower cap, etc, in case you forgot these. House keeping was amazing at cleaning rooms, really appreciate that they try to be environmentally conscious, and only do a deep full cleaning every 3 days! I loved how each floor has a common space for people to hang out in, each floor has a water filler...
