"The upgraded room that was booked was clean but a lot smaller than I expected; also the layout of the bathroom was different as it had a large step up to enter/exit the bathroom. The room and property were clean and was quiet for the most part. The hotel is central to subways and hot spots for tourists."

"Clean property. Nice and helpful staff.
Honestly for a 5 stars hotel, I was expecting more.
Breakfast is the same rotations of foods for days. It gets old after day 3.
Perhaps having a good rotation of variety can help.
Gym has 2 treadmill, biking, and elliptical. Having a machine or two with free weights would be nice.
For me. This was not worth the extra money paid forward. I get similar amenities and service at a 3 stars hotel."
