"Lovely, unique property which provided a special experience of New Orleans for us. Sounds from nearby Bourbon Street did not infiltrate into our room at night which had been a concern. The room was cool and comfortable even on a hot week in summer and the pool was nice to relax in during the evening. A peaceful and elegant place to stay; we would certainly book again."

"We recently stayed at the Rubenstein Hotel on Canal Street, and overall had a good experience with a few quirks. The location is excellent if your main goal is exploring the French Quarter. It’s easy to walk to Bourbon Street, the French Market, and plenty of restaurants, while still being right on Canal. The hotel was genuinely very clean, and because it’s relatively new, the rooms and mattresses felt fresher than what you’ll find at many hotels in this price range around the French...

"The room and location were good , but the valet parking was the worse I had to work with ever. It took close to 2 hours to get the valet to get the car and the person at the reception made every excuse to make it our problem. I would 100% never stay at the property again."

"Beautiful room and the Club Level is well worth the added cost for the included food and alcoholic beverages. But, that's where it ends. In our premium, extra cost room the bathroom sliding/barn door's latch was broken & wouldn't stay closed. The whole trip we had to shove a washcloth under it to keep the door from sliding open when closed. That's embarrassing. The 2nd low point, & it was truly a massive low was a family with 1 or 2 young kids crammed into one room across the hall from us....
