"A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Such helpful staff, who really seem to go above and beyond to make everyone so welcome. The pool area is just lovely… and a quiet place to relax after a days walking. So lovely we booked an extra night and would love to come again."

"Nice location close to the lake and local supermarket. Certainly not 4 star but perhaps a 3 star and rooms were pretty basic although clean. Hot water was a problem early mornings and had to have an almost cold shower as I had a 5am departure for Verona airport. Parking was limited on occasions and could well be a problem come high season. But...staff were wonderful and breakfast buffet very good. The evening dinner menu of 3 courses for 25 euros was excellent value plus a glass of wine for 3.5...

"If I could give 6 ⭐️s I would! My husband and I were pampered by this friendly, cosy family hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the dolomite mountains and it was spacious and clean. We had gourmet breakfasts and dinner included with our stay and the 4 course dinners were outstanding. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to nearby lifts and bring you back with quick, efficient service. "The location of this hotel was fabulous. It was within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful in identifying local destinations for coffee, food, and happy hour.
