"Loved our stay here. Michaela in Guest Services was wonderful. The room was spotless, the pool is amazing. Having a fire pit was an absolute bonus. We watched the sunrise while sitting in the pool deck area by the fire pit and it was wonderful. Breakfast is hot and very well stocked and cleaned. I loved that pool towels were available right at the pool entrance/exit. Anything we needed was brought right away (extra blankets and towels). Having parking right on site in downtown was super helpful....

"Our stay was excellent! The location is lovely. Water street is very nice to walk. If you take it away from Riverwalk, you have restaurants and other retail really nearby. We went a couple of times to get a cappuccino and a pastry (croissant) to a French bakery (part of a restaurant, as well) named Boulon. Their cappuccinos are great. Water street is a perpendicular extension of Riverwalk. Great thing is that you don't have to take any transportation if you want to hang out by Riverwalk. ...

"The common areas and rooms are excellent. I prefer a softer mattress and the mattress was firm, so I didn’t sleep very well because of that since I have a bad back. Careful with the shower products provided by the hotel. I had a respiratory allergic reaction to them much like allergies in the spring. Some staff cannot speak any English whatsoever. When a maid came by the room to see if we needed anything, I asked for a bath towel and she handed me a trash bag. "

"It was great just except room next door toilet had methane coming into room. Never went away. But great location close to convention and Oxford exchange and staff was great beautiful place and clean. I know it was a one time issue. I would return again"
