"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty.

"Absolutely fantastic experience - the customer service was some.of the best, and we travel extensively. In Cincinnati, I've stayed at the Cincinnatian, 21c, and the Hyatt. For location you can't beat the Westin across from Fountain Square. Note the building is shared with other businesses (including restaurants) that are part of the lower level. Around the corner is the best breakfast in Cincinnati, "Sleepy Bee" which is a short walk around the corner. This is the place to stay in Cincinnati...
