Guests have full access to the entire house, except for the owner’s closet located in the bathroom on the floor which will remain locked.

The host is available from 9am until 10pm for any questions and 24/7 for emergencies.

Three days before your check-in, I will send you a lock code, property address, and WiFi password and do my best to ensure you have the coolest host ever.

We've decided not to have a check-out checklist for this property. Why? Well, we once stayed at a vacation rental where we were handed a long list of chores to complete before leaving. It felt like we had to clean up, take out the trash, and even do the dishes. It took away from the relaxed, vacation vibe we were hoping for. We don't want our guests to feel that way.

So go ahead and relax. Your job here is to enjoy your stay, not worry about chores.

Greenbriar Lane is a quiet, tree-lined street in a peaceful residential corner of Hyannis - the kind of neighborhood where you actually hear birds in the morning. Laid-back and unhurried, with conservation land nearby for biking and walking, and four beaches within a 5-minute drive.

Everything you came to Cape Cod for is minutes away. Craigville Beach, Covell Beach, Keyes Memorial Beach, and Eugenia Fortes Beach are all within a 5-minute drive. Hyannis Harbor - with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard - is just down the road. The area is bikeable, and Main Street restaurants and shops are just 5 mins away.
