I have a habit of bringing my own cleaning supplies and do a high traffic clean before we unpack, my cleaning supplies were clean when I was done. We stayed with our toddlers and it was a great experience. It’s not very walkable to town, that was my misunderstanding from never being to the cape before so if you haven’t either, now you know. "Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (...

"I have been coming to the Cape every year for the last 3 years, and I have stayed at quite a few different places from Bourne to Yarmouth. This location was by far the best! The staff were easily accessible and available, they were attentive, kind and personable- which is so important in this business!
