"What a beautiful location. The staff was super nice and helpful. There's a dog park right behind the property that was very handy because we travel with our dog. Would stay there again. "

"Very clean bed sheet, blanket, floor, bathroom and shower. Staff were very polite, helpful and nice. Air condition and heater working fine. The room door had little opening at the bottom where the ants got in during the day and night. No table and chair which made us sit on the bed all the time. No rack for placing luggage therefore we had to place our luggage on the floor. No continental breakfast and coffee machine in the room. Not much channel variety on TV. Old movies and not easy to operate...

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"Very nice hotel with the basics. Clean rooms, friendly staff, not many amenities. Sheets were scratchy but not unusable. The disappointment was the breakfast. You had a choice between yogurt, oatmeal, a sandwich or a breakfast burrito served with a side of what you can tell were frozen tater tots. I’d say skip the breakfast and come for the scenery. The location is beautiful and the price is very reasonable. "

Easy access to historic downtown Truckee and on the route for TART (free transportation for the North Lake Tahoe-Truckee area) Only "downside" was that the WiFi in the room was slow, so using streaming services on the TV was difficult. But that actually helped us...
