"Our stay at Shilla Stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We accidentally left some items on the airport transit, and with a simple call to the hotel, the staff were able to assist us with recovering them. They also helped arrange a bus for our return trip to the airport on the day of our departure, which made everything much easier.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and overall, we had a great experience.

"ホテル内に電子レンジがない。階層ある製氷機が壊れているのか？氷がでない。
上の階のお部屋なのか、お隣のお部屋なのか、水割りを使用されると不思議な金属音のような大きな音がしました。さすがに23時半ぐらいからの金属音は困りました。
立地は、駅から近かくて便利でした。"

"This hotel lives up to its offered services. Staff are very friendly and housekeeping are also very efficient. Rooms and bathrooms are pristine. If I had an issue, it is addressed immediately.
The free breakfast buffet offers so much variety with delicious food and beverages. They maintain the food and facilities in the dining area throughout, so there is no lack for meals or a clean table. I will definitely recommend and plan on a future return when possible! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟"
