"Excelente hotel para estancias cortas o largas con habitaciones espaciosas y cocina totalmente equipada. La plantilla fue muy serviable en todo momento. El desayuno es correcto, nada más ni menos pero muy apreciado. Mi única queja es el tiempo de espera a la hora del check-in (habia una sola persona para servir una cola larga de gente a las 3 de la tarde) y la dificultad de encontrar un taxi un domingo por la tarde, aunque se esforzaron y al final con éxito. "

"Great Aparthotel, very nicely and modernly furnished. Studios are slightly bigger than a standard hotel room and include a small kitchen. All very clean with very quiet rooms which is greatly appreciated when you are on a business trip and eager to arrive to the hotel and get a good night sleep. Definitely recommended and much better than other Hotels on a similar price range that I have visited in Birmingham. Close to the train station and the hotel staff is very nice also."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."

The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

"This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. "

"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic. We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme.
A wonderful stay and we were certainly surprised by the luxury! "

You have to check everything. we stayed 3 nights there. they sell the hotel with parking but there isn't. you have to walk 1/2 a mile to a public parking (expensive). it was raining for 3 days, they don't even offer umbrellas...
it took 20 minutes to get checked in and 20 to check out. their admin sucks.

"Hotel is very old. Rooms must be refurbished. Cleanliness is ok in general the hotel is dirty and the neighborhood as well. It's China Town and it smells not nice. "
