However, as my grandaughter stayed for free, it was excellent value. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant and our room attendant were lovely. The breakfast, which was included, was also excellent. If we return to Birmingham in the future, we would be very happy to stay again. Thank you"

Please update your advertising of the pool as a tantalizing “rare find” for families who won’t have access to the pool, as we only spring for this fancy place for that reason. "
