"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aethelred annexe. Miles' directions and recommendations were detailed and accurate. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet with access to the rear garden and car parking just outside the front door. The large modern bathroom was a delight. Thankyou for the unexpected treats. Highly recommended."

"We only stayed one night here before heading for our cruise, but location was great and room had everything we needed and very comfortable.
The only thing to me tion is thr parking. After booking, we received an email to confirm a parking space had been reserved for us. However when we arrived, we were charge £13 for it, which was not communicated. Also parking is at the rear of the hotel and can be difficult to manoeuvre as quite tight on space."

"We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!"
