The apartment is a basement studio with a cozy, cute feel, and the view of the marsh is definitely a highlight—especially from the patio area, which was a great spot to relax. The layout is a bit unconventional. The second “bedroom” is more of a space off the entryway rather than a fully separate room, and the main exterior access is through the bathroom since the kitchen door doesn’t open. "This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything.
