"Amazing new property that keeps large groups in mind. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed that we could all sit together to eat. We had 16 in our group. We liked the 2 level lighting and the Sonos sound system. We were right on the lake and rented a pontoon that we were able to dock right at the house. There were also kayaks. We are looking to come back next year! Would 100% recommend. "

"We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! "

"My family and I had a fun, relaxing stay at Sunset Peak! Check-in was smooth and easy, and Krista provided excellent communication with us when we reached out to her at the beginning of our stay. She was very friendly and helpful, which we all really appreciated. The house was nicely decorated and spacious. "We had our family Christmas get at the house. Big kitchen made meal prep easy. Beautiful swans still swimming in the lake (in December)"

"I needed this property to do a baby shower. Worked well. Had a slight problem with the door but I was called immediately after I sent a message about it. And it was fixed in 30 minutes. "

"The house was cozy and welcoming. It met all of our needs for a weekend stay as a family. We appreciated the efforts made to meet the needs of all types of guests, since we had two small children (3 and under) with us. We all enjoyed waking up with a beautiful view of Coldwater Lake."

"Cozey little get away. Clean and updated with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay here. "

"Beautiful place and clean. Just three of us and the weather wasn’t always ideal but we sat at the table overlooking the lake and played games. Did two different buffets which were very reasonably priced and good food. Drove around sightseeing. Very relaxing. "

"This was the perfect stay for our family of four (parents and two teens). The kitchen was just the right size for vacation cooking and the grill was nice to use for a couple meals. Beds were comfortable and the deck was the best part. We ate every meal outside, watching the sun change over the water. The kayaks were a huge draw and we used those extensively. The bathroom was spotless and just the right size. Definitely would recommend. "
