"Lovely property"

"Laundry machines were loud, otherwise excellent stay"

"Great room for our first night in NZ. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"We had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and just what we needed, while the bathroom was a real highlight—super clean, new and featuring an awesome shower with great water pressure. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel and convenient location. Lovely rooms and amenities close by. Very good service. Happy to stay again."

"Probably one of the best showers ive had from a motel. Great location. Room was abit small but only used it for sleeping so was ok. TV had no sound. Bed was comfy. Continental breakfast was handy for the morning. Staff were friendly. Good vibe"

"The room was spacious, clean and had good seating and a nice shower. The owner was lovely. The kitchen had everything you needed."

"I pleaded during the time I stayed here with following: Shuttle bus is convenient and free for guests. Staff is helpful and cheerful Bar is outstanding with food and drinks. I had more than 2 dinners with fine and delicious dishes."

"A rather unusual hotel layout that puts an Ibis and Novotel in the same building. Very pretty though, and it means that even if you go budget, you get a very nice restaurant built straight into the hotel with a breakfast buffet that, while an upcharge, I think is overall worth it. The room was pretty chic and comfy, though the king bed was actually just two double mattresses side-by-side and this had me waking up with a numb foot on my first morning. Its location is also quite nice; you're right...

"Rooms are clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Amenities are good too, there’s a playground near by that my child really liked. Restaurant is superb!"

"Love this place. Feels like stepping back in time but with modern comfort. Bed was super comfy, room was spacious. Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room was clean. Short walk to train station. Won't hesitate to book again"

"Proximity apartments are very close to the Manukau Westfield mall so very handy for public transport to the city or hospital (in our case for visiting nearby relatives) and walkable to shops and restaurants. The Studio suite was small (as expected) but adequate with a small table for two and a kitchenette that does include hotplates and oven. The balcony is enclosed with partially openable windows. Free wifi is included. We paid $14 per day to park in the secure undercover carpark which is very...

"This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again."

"Stayed here a few years ago & loved it. This location was perfect for our visit, handy to everything we wanted. Can walk to every thing, 15mins walk to muesum & domain. Eateries galore, pool & gym nearby. Catching train or bus to city easy as! Our room had a large balcony that didn't have the greatest view (ugly buildings & carpark buildings) but certainly got the sun & even the train noise wasn't that bad as some reviews have mentioned. Was a chilly weekend so being on the sheltered side was...
