"Loved the place! Did not realize there was a holding fee of $100 a night when I got there and there was no microwave but I later found out I was supposed to request it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I just wish I had known these things beforehand"

Hyatt House Houston Medical Center
"We ran into a small, canine sanitation issue with our room upon check-in, but the staff and management were incredibly quick, friendly, and accommodating, despite the hotel being packed! The rooftop pool is awesome; it has a hot tub nearby and a great little wading area where kids can safely splash ..."
